What you are buying

AI Mecha Transformation sells credits. Credits are spent on video renders. One standard video (Standard · 720p · 12s) costs 10 credits. The studio's default specification (Standard · 1080p · 12s) costs 30 credits, and the exact cost is shown on the Generate button before you press it.

Credit packs bought as a one-time purchase never expire. Credits granted by a monthly subscription expire at the end of that billing month; credits granted by a yearly subscription are valid for that billing year.

Failed renders

If a render fails — because the provider timed out, moderation rejected the input, or the model returned an error — the credits are returned automatically to the source they were taken from. You do not need to contact us. A failed render never consumes credits.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not remove the credits already granted in the period you have paid for, and it does not clear any one-time pack credits you hold.

Refunds

Because credits are delivered instantly and are consumed by rendering, we refund purchases only in these cases:

1. You were charged twice for the same purchase.
2. Credits were paid for but never arrived in your account.
3. A render consumed credits and produced nothing, and the automatic refund did not restore your balance.

To request a refund, email us with the order number and, where relevant, the task id shown in My videos. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe; allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

We do not refund because a generated clip is not to your taste — the model is stochastic and the prompt is yours to change. Re-run with an edited prompt instead.
